Today marks a new chapter for Blidz.
We've been working heads-down for months — rebuilding, rethinking, and refocusing. And today, we want to bring you inside it. The Blidz you're using right now is different from the Blidz of a few months ago — in ways big and small. We've rethought how we communicate, how we charge, how we handle support, and what we stand for as a company.
Here's what the new Blidz looks like.
1. We're a shopping app — and proud of it
Let's start with who we are.
Blidz is a social shopping platform. Our mission is simple: Making Shopping Fun.
We have revitalized the focus on social shopping staying away from the futures that held us back. Great deals, great people, and a great experience — every single time you open the app. That's what we're building. That's what gets us out of bed every morning. Every build, every feature, every word in the app now serves that mission. If it didn't, we removed it.
2. No hidden charges — ever
This is the big one. And we want to be crystal clear about it.
Before you subscribe to any Blidz membership, you now see a screen that shows you everything — before you pay a single cent:

✅ The price, written plainly
✅ When your trial ends — date and time
✅ When your first charge will occur
✅ How to cancel, right there on the screen
No fine print. No "gotcha" moments three days later. Just the facts, up front, before you commit to anything. We also launched renewal reminders across all users, trial end reminders, and membership disclosures across all users.
We aim to be 100% compliant with every state and regional laws across every market we operate in. Different states have different rules, and we respect every single one of them.
3. Introducing Blidz Bucks — your shopping superpower 💰
One of the most rewarding parts of the Blidz experience just got a lot clearer. All users now earn Blidz Bucks and there are no down-sides.
Here's how it works:
Step 1 — Do things you already enjoy. Every time you engage with Blidz — browsing deals, checking in daily, chatting with your AI companion, participating in Team-Up Deals — you earn Blidz Points. The more active you are, the more you earn.
Step 2 — Level up. Blidz runs on a Level system. By accumulating points, you progress through levels. Each level you complete unlock a reward.
Step 3 — Earn Blidz Bucks. When you complete a level, you earn Blidz Bucks — your personal shopping currency, built up through your activity on the platform.
Step 4 — Discount ANY deal — apply Blidz Bucks directly at checkout to bring your final price down both for BuyNow, your cart, and Team-Up deals. Your savings are clearly disclosed for every deal - no surprises.
It's a simple loop: shop, earn, save, repeat. No confusion, no fine print — just a rewards system that actually rewards you for being here.

4. A better Team-Up experience
We've also upgraded the Team-Up experience in a big way.
When you start a Team-Up Deal, you'll now see a brand new sharing UI that makes it easier than ever to invite others and fill your team. You can see in real time which users are viewing your active Team-Up — and track the status of your deal as it progresses.
Shopping together just got a lot more exciting. 🙌

5. Cancellation is getting even easier
Cancellation is available directly in the app — no extra steps, no friction. We've made it as easy as signing up.
We've also launched a web-based cancellation portal so you can manage your subscription from any browser, on any device, without needing to open the app at all. Simply log in with the same account associated with your active membership or subscription, and you can cancel comfortably in just a few clicks.

One important thing to know: deleting the Blidz app does not cancel your subscription. If you're ever unsure, contact us at support@blidz.com and we'll resolve it immediately.
6. Support that actually helps
We've made major investments in how we handle customer support.
Every day, our team reviews a full report of support conversations — what issues came up, what needs fixing, and what's urgent. Issues go straight to the right people, fast.
We've also cleared our entire support backlog and made sure every user owed a refund has received one — with a direct email and SMS confirmation so you always know exactly what happened.
And we're improving our AI support bot to handle common questions better — including the "I deleted the app, does that cancel my subscription?" question. The answer is no — and our bot will now make that crystal clear and connect you to a real person immediately if needed.
7. A platform you can trust
All of this — the language cleanup, the billing transparency, the cancellation improvements, the Blidz Bucks launch, the support overhaul — comes from the same place.
We want Blidz to be a platform you can trust completely. Not just to find great deals, but to be honest with you, treat you fairly, and fix things quickly when they go wrong.
We're not perfect. But we're genuinely committed to getting better every single day.
