š³ Billing Transparency You Can Actually Trust
One of the things we heard most clearly from our community: "I want to understand exactly what I'm paying for." That's a fair ask ā and we took it to heart.
Here's what's new:
- Crystal-clear invoices ā Every invoice now breaks charges down in plain language. No cryptic line items, no confusing abbreviations. Just a straightforward summary of what you paid for and why.
- Pricing that's always visible ā Plan details, renewal dates, and upcoming charges are prominently displayed in your account settings. No more hunting through menus.
- Real-time usage tracking ā Your dashboard now includes a live usage summary so you're never caught off guard at the end of a billing cycle.
- Proactive billing alerts ā Opt in to receive notifications before a charge occurs or when your usage nears a threshold. You should always know what's coming before it hits your account.
Clarity in billing isn't a bonus feature ā it's the bare minimum we owe you. We're proud to deliver on that.
š Updates to Our Terms of Service
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and simplicity, we've also updated our Terms of Service.
The updates are designed to make our terms clearer and more straightforward ā less legalese, more plain English. Key changes include:
- Removal of the in-app games feature ā We've streamlined our offering to focus on what Blidz does best. As a result, references to in-app games have been removed from our Terms, and this feature is no longer part of the Blidz subscription.
- Simplified language ā We've revised several sections to be easier to read and understand, so you always know exactly what you're agreeing to.
- Improved clarity around subscriptions and renewals ā We've made our subscription, cancellation, and renewal terms more explicit, so there are no surprises.
