Clearing the backlog — We're doing a full push to clear every outstanding support ticket and make sure every user who is owed a refund gets one — with a dedicated email and SMS notification so you always know exactly what happened and why.
Bug fixes in real time — Our daily reporting flagged a missing "Cancel" button issue affecting some users. The moment it was identified, it went straight to our engineering team as a top priority. Cancellation should always be easy and accessible — full stop.
