You can cancel Blidz membership at any time, in the Blidz app or on the Blidz website. You can also email us if you'd rather not do it yourself.
How to cancel Blidz membership in the app
To cancel Blidz membership in the app, go to the Blidz app and tap Profile at the top left. Then tap Cancel Membership.
You can also get there from Settings: tap the Settings icon at the top right of your Profile, scroll down to Subscription, and tap Cancel membership.

Cancelling on the Blidz website
The Blidz website works the same way. Click My Account, then Settings, then Cancel Membership, and click I confirm my cancellation to finish.
Prefer a person? Email support@blidz.com and we'll help you cancel.
Do it before your next billing date. If you don't cancel, your membership renews automatically and your payment method is charged.
Deleting the app isn't cancelling
Deleting the Blidz app, or deleting your Blidz account, does not cancel your membership. Payments run through our payment partner, so you need to cancel in the app or on the website before your next billing cycle.
Cancelling schedules the end of your membership for the close of your current trial or billing period. Until then, you keep your member benefits. After that, your membership won't renew and you won't be charged again.
Still in your free trial? Blidz membership starts with a 3-day trial, then renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling before the trial ends stops that renewal, and you keep your benefits until the trial period is over.
Does cancelling also get you a refund? Not by itself. Cancelling stops future charges, but it doesn't submit a refund request. To ask for one, email us or contact support in the app, and read our post on the 14-day refund policy.
